Lean: Error Proofing, sometimes referred to as “Poka Yoke”, or “Mistake Proofing”, is a structured approach to ensuring quality, and reducing waste, throughout your work processes, by reducing opportunities for making specific errors or creating specific defects.
In this workshop, you will learn the nature of the error proofing approach, and explore some of the methods and techniques used to make it more difficult to make specific processing errors.
