Supplied 250,000 copies of the Memory Jogger II to Philips 250,000 employees in 8 different languages.
Hoshin
Taught hoshin planning to the vice-presidents of Ford Motor Company.
Introduced hoshin planning to Procter and Gamble in the soap department in 1988. It soon spread throughout the company and became known as OGSM, Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures.
GOAL/QPC was a major supplier of training materials on six sigma to General Electric through a customized version of its Memory Jogger II.
Healthcare
Participated with Don Berwick in the National Healthcare Demonstration Project on Quality in Healthcare in 1988.
Facilitated the Institute of Medicine Summit to redesign medical education for doctors, nurses and pharmacists for the next millennium.

As a member of the Higher Education Forum oversaw Quality research at National Science Foundation and introduction to quality management at Georgia Tech, Sanford University, Ohio State, University of Notre Dame. Taught quality and innovation in January 2002 to NCCI, 40 colleges and universities who are members of the National Consortium for Continuous Improvement in Higher Education.

Ran several cycles of the Supplier Institute in Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire to help small businesses be qualified to supply products up to the standards of local multi-nationals.

Facilitated the Creation of the Kalamazoo, Michigan, Michigan, Council for Excellence
Taught courses in quality in government to local governments such as Methuen, MA, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts under Governor Bill Weld, the State of Arkansas under Governor Bill Clinton, the Federal Government under President Bill Clinton.
Provided advice to the Pentagon on hoshin planning. Provided creativity and innovation training for Spacecast 2020 to design warfare for the year 2020 and Spacecast 2025 to design staffing patterns for the year 2025.
