Value Stream Mapping is an easy tool that can produce big results.  Through Value Stream Mapping, teams better understand how their process is working and where it is not working.  With a Value Stream Map, the team can clearly see where re-work, lengthy wait times, and non-value added steps create waste and slow the process.  If you have not used Value Stream Mapping and want to learn more about this simple but powerful tool, then this session is for you.

During this session, representatives of Bramco, Inc. and Dant Clayton Corporation will share their experience with Value Stream Mapping.  The companies will share their real-life Value Stream Maps, discuss the teams involved, the challenges they faced, and their success in improving their processes through Value Stream Mapping.
