Rapid
Improvement Events
Tuesday, April 24th
11:00
am – 12:00
noon
Overview:
Many organizations
use teams to focus on making
improvements to products
and processes. These teams
can sometimes take months
or years to identify problems
and implement solutions.
In today’s world,
organizations often need
to identify and act on
improvements much more
quickly. A rapid improvement
event or kaizen event can
help an organization to
come together and quickly
identify and implement
changes that reduce waste,
improve quality, and address
other problems or opportunities.
In this one-hour session,
you will learn the background
and key concepts behind
rapid improvement events,
and how to plan and conduct
a rapid improvement event.
The presenter will share
success stories and lessons
learned from conducting
rapid improvement events
across many organizations.
Who Should Attend:

interested in conducting
