Learn the Basics to the Seven Quality Control Tools

These tools provide the data for Problem Solving and Process improvement. Without this data, Problem Solving and Process Improvement teams are like a ship heading full steam without a rudder.

This workshop takes the same down-to-earth, practical approach as The Memory Jogger II pocket guide to provide a basic understanding of the most commonly used Quality Control Tools and methods found in organizations today. The workshop will assist you in evaluating cycle time, costs, and other results related to your daily work, as well as provide tools to help improve product quality, productivity, and process management. Associates at all levels can find a practical use for these tools to benefit their organization or company.

This workshop is ideal for individuals or team members, prospective trainers, facilitators, managers, team leaders, or coaches looking to expand their knowledge and skills for process improvement. Trainers and facilitators with a comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control Tools are urged to attend our Train-the-Trainer Workshops.

What You Will Learn
This one day workshop will provide participants the opportunity not only to learn but also practice the following Basic Quality Tools:

- The Histogram
- The Control Chart
- The Scatter Diagram

As a total team the participants will review and analyze examples of:

- Run Charts
- Pareto Charts

These Quality Control Tools will be linked together via a Case Study using the time honored Plan - Do - Check - Act Cycle.
